Capital Narrative Partners is committed to providing services that meet high standards of quality and professionalism. While we strive to ensure client satisfaction, the following policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where the services provided materially deviate from the agreed scope or deliverables are not provided in accordance with the contractual agreement. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery of the services.
To request a refund, clients should contact Capital Narrative Partners via email, providing details of the service, the reason for dissatisfaction, and supporting documentation where applicable. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have been substantially completed and delivered according to the agreed terms. Additionally, any changes requested or approvals provided by the client during the service period are considered acceptance.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Capital Narrative Partners’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the services provided.
